Can we, e.g., derive useful comparison operators? `NamedTuple` does this.

Some way to remove obsolete entities/facts would be nice, though of course highly unsafe.

I honestly tried to use it, but it sucks as much as I expected. Should switch to `Result`.

Pass flags to Clang

Right now, it assumes `-ObjC` and nothing else. Command line users should be able to pass through any arbitrary flags.
