mekanism GUI issue

I implemented a new method to insert widgets to screen for v0.4.2+, which should fix this issue.

The mod makes it difficult to use Expanded Storage's "Choose Screen Type" option

I'll add a gui config for individual container at some point, where It allows you to define the button locations.
