Configuration for running behind reverse proxy.

For now I see that the frontend app would try to open `"/main****.js"`, `"/polyfills***.js"`, etc. Without an option to configure the prefix. For example when we do reverse proxy `domain.com/logviewer...

Cannot reproduce successful login running streamlit_authenticator_test.py. Version 0.3.2 (downloaded via pip).
