IIRC, barring stuff like clay, the way SD generates it's compacting drawer recipes is by searching for "two-way" recipes.
My advice is to use the official launcher, not TLauncher.

Can't tell you what the exact problem is, but I can tell you from the trace it has something to do with Railcraft World Anchors.
