No, SElinux isn't the factor. error: /usr/bin/docker-latest: Error response from daemon: oci runtime error: container_linux.go:247: starting container process caused "process_linux.go:364: container init caused "open /proc/sys/kernel/sem: permission denied"".

@rhatdan It works fine when I disable user namespaces(--userns=host).
