This has been broken for over a year and is a real pita ... it's a simple change to re-enable (yes more work to make it a user configurable option)...

I'm experiencing similar problems here ... attempting to change zimbraAccountStatus to locked ... which is a little frustrating as it doesn't work and I'm not quite sure where to start...
