IIUC the validation is using github.com/coreos/go-oidc on the "v2" branch but the rest of the code uses github.com/coreos/go-oidc from "master".

Yeh, that's related to https://github.com/kumahq/kuma/issues/3307, since we need to know whether to propagate header values from the downstream or reset them.

Not sure whether envoy natively supports Via or the standardized [Forwarded](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7239) header.
