@jeremy-london do you have a docker-compose (which you can share) which could help us reproduce the issue?

According to the diagnostic, the installation did not completed fully: the config.json file for example is missing some entries. Can you uninstall Docker (following [this documentation](https://docs.docker.com/desktop/uninstall/)), then reinstall it?
