I've got the same issue. EFCORE 3.x works upgrade to 5.x and I get: `Method not found: 'Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.IConfigurationBuilder Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.EnvironmentVariablesExtensions.AddEnvironmentVariables(Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.IConfigurationBuilder)'. Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'provider')`
