The STL files are meshed files but could easily be converted to a neutral file format that is editable if you have decent meshing software. Inventor, Solidworks, Pro-E, Fusion 360...

There is a file called "printable_case_full" that will get you what you need as a starting point in Solidworks
the files were created in PTC CREO Parametric 2022; so it is highly unlikely that you will get Native Solidworks files.
