res/drawable/ic_drawer_vector.xml has error in parsing during build

Hi there. :wave: I'm using Android Studio 2.1.2. Adding `vectorDrawables.useSupportLibrary = true` to the `defaultConfig { ... }` section of my build.gradle file seems to alleviate this problem for me....
