New materials from MC 1.16 were not added yet, also there were no lever to detect. This will include upcoming materials for buttons and pressure_plates from newer Minecraft versions.

Offhand can now be placed into loadouts without errors.

Fixing not visible tool-points

When using /mg tool select, there were no skulls to indicate spawnpoints etc. Fixes #353
