@halorgium is right I think. For better or for worse the binary histogram uses a ```low``` value of 1. So 0's are counted as outliers. Outliers are included the count...

@dpiddy to better predict the worst case memory usage, is there some sane max boundary on _key_ length e.g. 128 or 256 bytes?
@collinvandyck @freeformz correct, I accidentally used the wrong term, max length for any value in the set was my concern.
