Try to split out cognito from API gateway to retain users if the gateway needs to be replaced

Looks like it's something to do with the IAM authorizer on API Gateway. Try deleting the token and making a request

Font sizes are relative. Base font size can be configured using slider that persists in preferences.

Theme colours should be generated from `foreground` / `background` with fixed accent. Contrast can be adjusted using slider that persists in preferences.

Store font name in preferences. Show list in settings menu.

Implement trace ids as well
