Not getting the trace even though "modern traceroute" is getting the trace fine.

I am finding a similar issue. When trying to run dublin-traceroute (Dublin Traceroute 0.4.2) to baidu.com using "dublin-traceroute 39.156.66.10", I get most of the way there, then the traceroute stops...
