custom-head partial not reached

I still have the issue, although I maybe didn't explain myself properly. When I create the file `layouts/partials/custom-head.html` with the content I want for the header, hugo generates the pages...

Uncaught Error: This TextEditor has been destroyed

this happened to me having 3 markdown files and trying to create toc to one of them while another one had already its toc generated.
