I think @snnn probably has the most context on this. Hopefully tagging is ok. I don't think I have permission to add reviewers as suggested in the [contributing guidelines](https://github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime/blob/6e3163faa598aebcab6709b6da9eeb555b1daec9/CONTRIBUTING.md).

This particular error message is showing up because igl::opengl_glfw_imgui.obj is a CMake target, not static compiled .obj file like msvc expects when you pass it something in the additional dependencies....
