I had some issues with 'gulp release' messing up the emoji images. Building the zip file by hand rectified the issue though

Sorry, been super busy. TBH I never use automated testing (never have in 38 years of developing). It's highly unlikely ikely that I would maintain them or even run them.

That said, I'll try and find some time for a proper look, and decide what to do. I think the code has moved on somewhat since you wrote the tests...
