Consider adding default "standard" `CsvSchema` instances

It could be implemented in a similar way to the also-excellent Apache Commons CSV: [CSVFormat](https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-csv/apidocs/org/apache/commons/csv/CSVFormat.html)

Circular json can possibly hang.
