I agree about the five word thing - it took me ages to figure it wasn't necessary to install software. One way if easily handling symlinks and general file stuff...

Ubuntu 20.10 : I fixed this by running `sudo npm install rtm-cli`in the export sub directory of ~.rtm.plugins/ I suspect this may have been a sledgehammer approach !
