My employer requires we only use signed libraries for maximum security. Please provide a signed release. You know, the strong named thing. Just do it already.

I find this API design to be extremely constraining. I would appreciate some consideration towards other viewpoints.

None of the samples in this repo are listed in the [Microsoft Docs - Code Samples Browser](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/samples/browse/?expanded=dotnet&products=ef-core). From reading their onboarding docs, we need a README.md per sample with YAML...
