LGTM. I get an invalid/truncated HTML file in some cases (I'm investigating binary files causing some troubles, hopefully will have a pull request or at least a bug report soon)...
As Francois mentioned in the community discussion (#73627), Chromium might expect to have access to the password database all the time, but simply adding a master password when Brave starts...
