It wasn't clear to me how to upgrade, so I guessed on my Ghost instance and that seems to have worked. Added upgrade instructions to help others.
Gscan was throwing an error as the signup uses the old @price helper. After these changes, GScan is happy with the theme. *Note:* I do not have a test environment...
Gscan throws a warning as this is no longer needed, so removing as part of standard maintenance.
