The demo is currently highly reliant on CSS but we should move to styled components.

- Just easier to read and maintain - convert "y "+"z"+{w} to ``` `y z${w}` ``` - Just grep for " and fix them as we see them - Low...

- Seems odd as is - Low effort - Low benefit
