Also happens to me! Always start my laptop connected to my thunderbolt dock and when closing the lid it at first won't work. Only after exiting sway and opening it...

Have a look at https://github.com/einaregilsson/Redirector. But i would recommend using privacy respecting alternatives for Google Services!

It also says "model loading" if it doesn't have camera permissions, that was my problem. I didn't have my camera plugged in, so it didn't even pop-up the camer permission...

Have you tried the newest version https://github.com/cdarlint/winutils/tree/master/hadoop-3.2.2/bin ? They definitely work on 64bit. What Windows Version are you using?
