https://material.io/design/components/text-fields.html#anatomy They have a `Icons` section showing a text field with a start adornment and shrunk label, I assume that if this was not the behaviour for Outlined text field...

Looks like Material Design have a different behaviour for Text fields with icons and text fields with affixes as seem here:  and here: But Material-UI treat both as InputAdornment...
