We updated our builds to use v.1.11 rc1 last week. I haven't seen any new issues yet and I was able to surpass 1024 pools

I merged latest base branch and tested the failing core tests. I wasn't able to reproduce the rebuild failure

This may just be a documentation issue of ABT_thread_exit is required to free the ULT.
