Instead of having a separate Verbose property on the $tsr object we should respect the use of the $VerbosePreference and/or -Verbose switch. Same goes for debug.

version 1.3.3 removed the possibility to change where the dll + proj file reside. need to add that back

Right now it only works with NUnit.

Change default names for generated files

Right now default names are used for all the .txt .xml and .html files generated. You can't change them.
