It's all done except for TGL devices. However since TGL is planned for rpl-001 migration as well as ADL and rpl-001 is done, we could also consider it's done.

The DebugFS approach @lgirdwood mentioned above looks good to me. I suppose that the feature doesn't affect DSP idle state, which loads are calculated and reported only when DSP core...

DTS provided v1.0.8 for the fix on vendor's side. This PR is able to merge for the updated firmware build with v1.0.8 DTS lib
