I have plans of moving my promise based dialog into the framework somehow in v2

While this is still something I'd like to implement, it will not be part of the core framework. Transferring this request to the vuex modules.

The flat flag was used / intended for components that did not support variants but had a default elevation.

This prop is being passed in by positionable mixin (within menuable mixin). It's not meant to be public. I'll mark this as a documentation update but otherwise will be resolved...

This will not make it into the v2.0 rewrite but leaving up for potential community contributions.

Initial implementation complete, awaiting scrolling techniques.

To provide some space between the content and close button. I agree it's probably too much though.
