@KaelWD might have a recommendation for this, but I do not, sorry.

Part of this can be fixed by removing the max-width from floating labels, but the outline extending past it's box is something @KaelWD would have to speak to.

It still persists but has received no community support. The issue should be as simple as adding 16px to the width of the title container and 16px to the margin...

Just an update, this issue is currently in progress and will be resolved as part of a patch release under v2.3.
