Add GitHub actions to run unit tests for the kata

All code should be compiled and the unit tests in the solutions module should be executed as part of a GitHub actions build.

Some unit test require ordered execution of all test methods in a class to be successful. Add documentation instructing takers to run all tests when executing unit tests.

Add documentations, exercises, and solutions teaching GraphQL Subscriptions to the kata.

Once GitHub actions are set up, add badges to the README should the build status.
