Did you change `CLI_ARGS=` in your .env and rename the folder `gpt4-x-alpaca-13b-native-4bit-128g -> gpt-x-alpaca-13b-native-4bit-128g` ? `CLI_ARGS=--model gpt-x-alpaca-13b-native-4bit-128g --chat --wbits 4 --listen --groupsize 128 --auto-devices`

I have modify your lib to solved this issues. And I added the case sensitive options.
