Thanks for your input Jonathan. Looks like in 2.1 RC they have added events to change tracker. [ChangeTracker.StateChanged](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/microsoft.entityframeworkcore.changetracking.changetracker.statechanged?view=efcore-2.1 ) I am going to play around with this for now.
