can't join

I type "/ob set 500" and then i type "/ob join" and it tells me "You first need to reference the coordinates '/ob set' "

When i run the uninstall command as administrator it says it is successful and then i restart my computer but i see that keyboard.sys and mouse.sys are still there. I...
