In order to support existing AMQP exchanges with bindings that is setup with durable=true, this needs to be populated via the PubSocket API. Current implementation has durable hardcoded to false.

I'd like batpred to derive my import / export energy rates from Nordpool spot prices. I believe this is a common scenario for users in Scandinavia with variable energy tariffs....
