The suggestion to not define `WEBSITE_CONTENTAZUREFILECONNECTIONSTRING` or `WEBSITE_CONTENTSHARE` setting did not work for me. Zip deploying worked, but the functions never could start up. What finally worked was setting `WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE`...

It is my understanding that this is also supported by the original DbUp. What use case do you have in mind?
