[Inject] The layout of the image in an email body doesn't seem to work

Issue seems to be with CKeditor. Also encountered on OCTI, image seems to loose focus when user clicks on alignment options.

If Caldera executor is enabled and Caldera is down, the platform should fail to start

Do we really want our users not to interact with the platform when caldera is down? We have other features that do not depend on caldera to work (sending emails...
