Went back to 0.19.1 and most resumed.

Support File or In-line for Cost Model or Variables

To be consistent with the cost variables, have cost moodel support in-line json instead of reading a file. Or have both support reading files.

Need to add support for this since ASAP as Sumokoin and Loki are no longer using Cryptonight v7.
