Maybe a `--remove` flag could be added to megasync. I think it could be useful to have megasync function in both ways and let the user choose sync rules.
I think it would better to configure via the main methods, just like jmh's samples are setup. I think issue #49 is related to this.

@slarse thanks a lot for fixing! I can't try it at the moment but based on the test it should work for my case.
Chrome/chromium puts desktop entries in ~/.local/share/applications, I don't think Mutate reads the whole Exec entry since only chromium starts.
I have this issue too, do someone have any idea for how to fix this while keeping keybindings like (a, b, s)?
