Facing the same issue with Reflex version 0.4.9
I am using Kali Linux 2019. The above solutions are not working.
The problem is it works just fine for windows but failed for Linux.
I had the same issue, turns out Rq was not listening to the queue the jobs had been sent. consider running your worker with the queue name
