I am trying to get to it. I had to stabilize some pieces of the code. It is probably worth integrating master here so you can get xpress on CI.

codecov will literally check which lines were touched during tests. it some rare cases, it might count something wrong due inlining.

Now `master` branch is in JuMP 1.0! So you can use updated versions of anything if you need.
