"TT" and "tt" ligatures

It would be nice to have "TT" and "tt" ligatures, joining both letters, as the "Th" ligature does. Would it be a case for discretionary, historical or standard ligature?

Can't install regular and italic variants at the same time on Windows 10

Although Windows 10, version 20H2, recognizes OpenType Variant Fonts, the Faustina and Manuale variants for roman and italic forms can't be installed together: Windows complains that Faustina is already installed...
