Creating new project with --minimal flag still creates everything

I know it's already too late and there are no updates in this issue, but I suppose folders/files like`public/assets/i18n/views/layouts` shouldn't be generated in a minimal project as per the OP...

This shouldn't resolve #462. `/var/run/docker.sock` is available as following: `docker.sock -> /Users/joaocasarin/.docker/run/docker.sock` Even with that, it still doesn't work.
