We have a Layout to SPICE using klayout

i added a proof of concept [here](https://github.com/gdsfactory/gplugins/tree/spice_parser)

Why is the cladding not showing? it's defined in the layerstack, in the same way that we define the box and the wafer

we looked at - qucs - kicad we are using qucs for creating our schematics now
