I set this to the 4.9 release milestone now. I am hoping we can remove the WIP state fairly soon and start some heavy testing and code review!

One nice thing with the move from wiki to doc folder is that you can also submit the docs into the PR itself: check this folder: https://github.com/contiki-ng/contiki-ng/tree/develop/doc/platforms

Are we ready to remove work-in-progress on this one? I would like to do a bit more testing and then merge it!
