Hey there is no mqtt broker reachable on the ip you have configured in appdaemon.yaml What does your setup look like? Is it Homeassistant OS?

You can use the weather entity, you no longer need to use this workaround sensor, see release notes.

Ah, need to look what do to for hourly - but you cloud modify the code in the meantime to do the service call with hourly instead of daily
