@gtbuchanan Yep, I did, I tried platform `aht10` and variant `AHT20` and it works like a charm. My AHT25 only replies after 90 ms, though.

Same issue, but restart doesn't help (for me), only reboot does. I only use BT devices so far, so it might not be Thread only.

Having the same issue. Raspberry Pi 4 reports very high RAM usage, too. Device gets very toasty. Have to disable the addon until fixed.
