I am using the App DocsetViewer. It has webdav and itunes support to load iOS7 docset and works pretty well.
This would be cool but I don't see how he can make that happen. The app is installed once that happens your sandboxed. There are someways to access the devices...
iConsole seems to work for me to bring up an in app console.
