It works if one just reinstalls the browsers without deps as user at the end of the docker file USER nonroot RUN playwright install

Ok, got a step further. It runs pip-licenses but produces an empty output file. Maybe because everything is running in a separated pre-commit environment?

I can confirm issue number 1 which led me building from source which worked well with the Cmakelist pull request currently open.
